1. About OPCBOT

OPCBOT is a cloud-based AI assistant hosting platform (SaaS) designed for individual productivity and automation.

The Service provides managed hosting and custom configuration of AI assistants built on the open-source platform OpenClaw. OPCBOT is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the OpenClaw project.

The Service is intended for individual use (One Person Company — OPC model), not for enterprise collaboration or regulated data processing.

By using the Service, you agree to the terms below.

Operational data may be temporarily stored on secure cloud infrastructure to maintain session continuity and service stability.

We use encrypted transmission (HTTPS) and reasonable safeguards. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Data will be removed within a reasonable timeframe unless legally required to retain it.

9. Sensitive Information

OPCBOT is not designed for processing highly sensitive data such as health records, financial credentials, or government ID numbers.

Users agree not to submit regulated or highly confidential information.

10. Refunds

Because OPCBOT provides a digital service, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

If a payment was successful but the service cannot be delivered as expected (for example, deployment failure or duplicate bot token), you may request a refund by contacting support@opcbot.cc.

We will verify the request and process eligible refunds within 7 days after verification.

Refunds may be refused in cases of fraud, abuse, or prohibited conduct.

11. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal

Introductory pricing: some subscriptions may be offered at an introductory price for the first billing period (e.g., €10 for the first month, then €20/month on renewal). The exact renewal price will be shown during checkout.

If you purchase a subscription product, it may renew automatically until you cancel.

You will be shown the pricing and renewal information during checkout. By completing payment, you authorize the recurring charge (when applicable).

12. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "AS IS". We make no warranties regarding accuracy or availability and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use.

Users acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain errors and should be independently verified before taking action.

13. Prohibited Conduct

Users shall not:

  1. Attempt to access system configuration files, API keys, or other users' data
  2. Use prompt injection or any method to induce the AI to perform unauthorized operations
  3. Attempt to probe, scan, or exploit system vulnerabilities
  4. Use the AI assistant to obtain server or system information
  5. Attempt to access other users' data, sessions, or workspaces
  6. Transmit externally any information obtained through the above methods

14. Enforcement

Detected violations will result in immediate suspension, IP ban, and no refund. Severe violations will result in permanent ban, evidence retention, and potential legal action.

15. Logging & Monitoring

The Service records user-AI interaction logs for security monitoring and compliance. Secrets such as tokens, passwords, cookies, and similar credentials are masked in logs where technically feasible. Access to logs is limited to personnel with a legitimate operational or security need. Log retention: minimum 180 days.

16. Governing Law

This Service is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States and applicable EU data-protection rules including the GDPR. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent courts located in Wilmington, Delaware, United States, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules require otherwise.
