This disclaimer applies to the Bot hosting services and related technical services provided by this platform. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have fully understood and agreed to be bound by all terms of this disclaimer.
2. Scope of Services
2.1 Services We Provide
- Server Hosting: Stable server environment for deploying and running your Bot instances
- Computing Resources: CPU, memory, storage and other computing resources
- Network Connectivity: Internet access services
- Basic Security: Server-level security measures
- Technical Support: Platform usage consultation and troubleshooting
2.2 Services We Do NOT Provide
- Application-Level Security: Code security, logic vulnerabilities, permission configuration of your Bot
- Content Moderation: Legality review of any content processed, generated, or transmitted by your Bot
- Third-Party Services: Availability, security, or legality of any third-party APIs or services your Bot uses
- Data Backup: Backup, recovery, or archiving of user data
- Legal Advice: Any legal, tax, financial, or compliance advice
3. User Responsibilities
3.1 Bot Security
Users bear full responsibility for the security of their Bots, including:
- Ensuring Bot code is free from security vulnerabilities, backdoors, or malicious code
- Safeguarding access credentials, API keys, tokens, and other sensitive information
- Strictly validating and filtering all external inputs
- Using trusted third-party libraries and components
3.2 Usage Conduct
Users bear full responsibility for all Bot usage. The following are prohibited:
- Using Bots for any illegal activities
- Infringing on intellectual property, privacy, or reputation rights of others
- Spreading illegal, harmful, false, or misleading information
- Conducting unauthorized network attacks or penetration testing
- Excessive resource consumption affecting other users
3.3 Compliance
Users must ensure their Bot usage complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including GDPR, CCPA, and other data protection regulations.
4. Risk Disclosure and Disclaimers
4.1 Information Security Risks
User Bots may face risks including data breaches, account hijacking, malicious attacks, and privacy violations. The platform assumes no responsibility for these risks.
4.2 Financial Loss Risks
The platform is not liable for any economic losses caused by Bot failures, errors, or vulnerabilities, including business interruption, transaction failures, or third-party claims.
4.3 Legal Compliance Risks
The platform is not liable for any regulatory penalties or civil damages resulting from Bot violations or infringements.
4.4 Technical Failure Risks
The platform is not liable for service interruptions or data loss caused by code defects, dependency failures, or configuration errors.
4.5 Third-Party Service Risks
The platform is not liable for availability, data security, or service quality issues when your Bot uses third-party services.
5. Limitation of Liability
Liability Cap: The platform total liability shall not exceed the total service fees paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the incident.
No Indirect Damages: The platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.
Exemption Circumstances
- User violation of this disclaimer or service agreement
- User operational errors or configuration mistakes
- Third-party service failures, interruptions, or changes
- Force majeure (natural disasters, war, government actions, etc.)
- Scheduled platform maintenance and upgrades
6. Security Recommendations
We strongly recommend users adopt the following security measures:
- Conduct thorough security testing and code audits
- Implement least privilege principle and rotate keys regularly
- Encrypt sensitive data in storage and transmission
- Strictly validate all external inputs
- Regularly update dependencies to fix vulnerabilities
- Implement real-time monitoring and logging
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This disclaimer shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, and applicable EU data-protection rules including the GDPR. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this disclaimer shall be resolved exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Wilmington, Delaware, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules require otherwise.
